These last weeks' Art lessons in our school were dedicated to coffee.
Here are some examples of the "works of art" created by our young artists.
Collective classwork - 3^ A - The Coffee Army: peaceful but full of energy
| For the cake: 3 eggs 160 g of sugar 250 g of flour 2 teaspoons of instant coffee 100 ml of milk 100 ml of sunflower oil 1 cup of moka coffee 16 g of baking powder (1 bag) 1 spoon of unsweetened cocoa powder |
For the moka cream: 250 ml of milk 100 ml of moka coffee 50 ml of fresh cream 20 g of corn starch 120 g of sugar 100 g of egg yolks |

Pour this mixture into the pot where the liquids have been warmed up, mix and cook. Let it boil for a minute and then let the cream cool down.|

of coffee and pay for two cups.
