Percolation
This is how this brewing method is called. In coffee percolation the water is in the lower chamber which is positioned on a heat source. When water boils, the pressure generated by steam forces the water to enter the middle chamber - the funnel - where ground coffee is placed. Then the dark liquid rises into the upper chamber.
